In 2003, we created the 1st Internal Communication and Corporate Identity Observatory in Spain in collaboration with IE Business School and “Capital Humano” magazine with the goal of researching and promoting knowledge, interchanging initiatives and to acknowledge good practices among Human Resources professionals.

Since then the Observatory has generated several reports and publications with the goal of assessing the value of Internal Communication in organizations and institutions.
