The director of ATREVIA Peru and Bolivia, Alex Bonet, has participated in the 2nd Internal Communication Forum: Value Generation in Changing Times organized by AmCham, the American Chamber of Commerce of Peru, on the past June 8th in Lima.
During its speech, Alex Bonet mentioned about the Z Generation and the key role of Internal Communication in terms of talent capturing and retention in the organizations. The Z youth, as the first ever digital natives, is starting to incorporate themselves into the labor market with new demands that requires companies to adapt themselves and offer them a professional experience that awakens their interest.
At this moment when internal communication has become an ally that allows to segmentize the different publics at the companies, generating a compromising employee experience, which fidelize and transcend as well as move into action thought channels of participation and creates a involving culture that encourages the team engagement.
The day started with words of Aldo R. Defilippi, executive director of AmCham Peru, and also had speakers such as Erika Desulovich, Internal Communication Manager at Mibanco, who exposed the challenges of communication in the merging times. All attendants had the opportunity to witness the Panel of Experts in which joined José Borda and Marco Estacio, General Manager and Chief of Internal Communications of Arca Continental Lindley, a partner and authorized bottler of Coca-Cola.
