The director of ATREVIA Peru, and also responsible for offices of Bolivia and Paraguay, Álex Bonet, has participated in the last edition of Smart Conversations seminars, held in this occasion in Lima on July 13th.
Created on 2006 by 3G Smart Group, this year the cycle of conferences will be held at major cities among 14 countries, with a clearly informative and disruptive objective: learn and debate on last tendencies on digital transformation. Besides, all the Smart Conversations has speeches of CEOs that debate on their roles within this transformation.
Álex Bonet has taken part of a conference panel with general directors of other companies to debate about the digital transformations in organizations and how new generations are leading this change, besides of displaying some of the solutions made by the company. The director of ATREVIA Peru talked about communication, both internal as well as external, with a particular emphasis on active listening of stakeholders as a previous path to strategy design and development.
What’s more, he stood out the importance of an integrating leadership as key to lead the change, and the role of emotional and aspirational storytelling to generate an internal movement within organizations to achieve changes. “The X Generation (previous to the millennials) consult everything to the leaser while the millennials and, above all the new Z Generation, appreciate the promoting of leaderships that encourage participation and creative environments”, said Bonet.
