Daniela Agra, strategic director of ATREVIA Brazil, has attended the last session of the Smat Conversations held in the Brazilian city of Sao Paulo. Specifically, in the panel about Leadership and Digital Tansformation.
During her speech, the director of ATREVIA highlighted how companies need to understand society and different generations. “Today’s leader has to be open-minded and boost new kinds of leaderships within the company.”
In a society in constant transformation, companies need to anticipate the future, betting on multidisciplinary professionals with great capacity for change. Caring for the human capital of companies is essential, “what will differentiate us from robots is our feelings and emotion”, she concluded.
