Isabel Lara, vice-president at ATREVIA, attended the 3rd Auto Finance Forum, an event that supported the global vision on the financial automotive industry and its future. It analyzed regulatory aspects, great changes in the sector and identified the disruptors in this industry.
Isabel Lara gave the speech Generation Z: beyond millennials, which introduced the essential points of the report Generation Z: The latest generational gap with the objective to define the key aspects to arrive and understand the new consumer. The document, elaborated by ATREVIA and Deusto Business School, revealed the key aspects to define and analyze this group of young people that conform to this new archetype of consumer, worker and citizen. In this sense, Isabel Lara confirmed that “young people born between 1994 and 2009, called Young Z’s, are driving a definitive change in the use of the automobile as we have known until now. In this sense, the first step is to determine how will be the future of personal and collective mobility. The concepts have and use now do not hold the same meaning”.
Isabel Lara’s speech was preceded by an interesting debate titled Welcome to the era of collaborative “mobility”. Mar Alarcón, founder and president of Social Car; Yuri Fernánsez, director of Communication for Spain and Portugal of Uber; Vincent Rosso, co-founder of BlaBlaCar Spain; and Juan de la Torre, director of Marketing at Cabify participated in this debate.
