ATREVIA and 3g office have recently organized a business breakfast on how to manage digital transformation within companies with speeches of Isabel Lara, vice-president of ATREVIA and Francesco Vázquez, president of the 3g office group.
Both of them concurred on the need of self adaptation to the speed that society changes. “People and the world have already changed, those which have been fallen behind are the companies”, said Vázquez.
Angélica Gómez, consultant from the internal communication department of ATREVIA said that companies are currently living changes such as cultural, operational and business transformation, restructuration and acquisition of new companies and including headquarter and workplace changes. More than ever it’s become necessary to boost internal communication within companies to neutralize the resistance to change as well as the narrative generation in which everybody could feel identified to increase the engagement of collaborators.
Alejandro Castillo and Jaime Méndez from 3g office addressed the need to adapt the work spaces into technology and people. “It’s necessary to detect which ones are the characteristics that really define the companies. Between what’s said and what’s displayed there is not always coherence.” Recognizing the identity that defines our culture is what allows us to offer a valuable proposal”, stated Castillo. As for the part of Méndez, he shared some of the successful cases of tailor-made workplaces to adapt the culture and habits of each company.
